" Studio Khora" was conceptualized by award-winning architect, Studio K.H. which is located in Costa Mesa, California. The plan is to build a family-owned home on a beach surrounded by water, with a network of trails and waterfalls in its half-acre plot of land. The concept is modeled after the Belizean oyster reef environment.

The architectural language is executed with minimal ornamentation and exposed brick detailing.
